Happy spring and greetings from my corner of the world! This month, CUT has been making the rounds, and receiving a bit of press I’d like to share with you.
AWARDS
Very happy to report that CUT has won the 2017 Independent Press Award in the Medical Mystery category. This was such a nice surprise!
CUT has also placed as a finalist in the 2017 International Book Awards!
REVIEWS
CUT has received some wonderful reviews. Jennifer Dwight of the San Francisco Book Review wrote a very nice piece on CUT and the launch at Book Passage. Missi at Cozy Mystery Book Reviews gave CUT some fabulous feedback! And be sure to check out my featured author interview at Amy Shannon’s blog.
Also, if you have had a chance to snag a copy of CUT (available at Amazon and from local booksellers such as Book Passage), and you have a moment, I’d love to hear your thoughts via a review or feedback directly to me by email. There are instructions on how to do this online here at my site.
THANK YOU
When you first set out to write your first novel, you know what you want to say and why, but you’re often uncertain of how that story will connect with others. You run ideas through your mind, past family and friends, put pen to paper (so to speak), and craft characters with plot and dialogue in a fashion you hope will resonate. When that story finally arrives at your doorstep, in print, live and in living color, it’s almost surreal.
I can not express enough to you how humbled I am by all of your support! Thank you so much. I am truly grateful!
